Odyssey Registration & Refund Policy

KIDS SUMMER CLAY CAMP

Enrollment in Clay camps is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  A $50 deposit, due at registration secures your child’s space in class.  Remaining balances are due May 1st.  We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  The $50 registration is non-transferable.  There is a $25 fee for switching from one camp to another, space permitting.

No refunds or credits of any payment will be made for notification of withdrawal within 15 days of the start of Clay Camp, once camp has started or for missed classes.  Prior to that time, we will refund your payment, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel a Clay Camp if minimum enrollment is not met, in which case, all payments will be refunded.  Notification of cancellation will be made by phone at least 5 days prior to the start of Clay Camp, at which time, students will be offered the option of credit toward another workshop or a full refund.  We are not responsible for non-transferable travel tickets.

When we receive your registration, we will send confirmation and specific workshop information. If the workshop is full, you will be notified that you have been placed on a waiting list.

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

Enrollment in our workshops is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  $75 Registration is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if minimum enrollments are not met, in which case, all tuition and fees will be refunded.  Notification of cancellation will be made by phone at least 10 days prior to the start of the workshop, at which time, students will be offered the option credit toward another workshop or a full refund.  We are not responsible for non-transferable travel tickets.

If the workshop is full you will notified that you have been placed on a waiting list.  You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our workshops, or have permission in advance of registration.

9 WEEK STUDIO COURSE AND 6 WEEK KIDS CLASSES

Enrollment in our classes is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee and registration is non-transferable.  There will be a $25 fee for switching from one class to another, space permitting.  Balance of the class fee is due 2 weeks prior to the start of classes.

No refunds or credits of any payment will be made for notification of withdrawal within 7 days of the start of the class, once the class has started or for missed classes.  Prior to that time, we will refund your tuition minus a $50 non-refundable registration fee.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollments are not met, in which case, all tuition and fees will be refunded.  Notification of cancellation will be made by phone at least 1 day prior to the start of the class at which time, students will be offered the option of another class, space permitting, or a full refund. 

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our classes (children’s classes excepted), or have permission in advance of registration.  When we receive your registration we will send confirmation and specific class information.  If the class is full, you will be notified that you have been placed on a waiting list.

SUMMER WORKSHOPS

Enrollment in our workshops is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We require full tuition, lab fee, and a $75 non-refundable registration fee for enrollment.  There is a $50 fee for switching from one workshop to another, space permitting.  Multiple workshops will receive a 10% discount on each tuition ($42.50 each), pay a lab fee for each workshop, and a single registration fee.

REFUNDS:  No refunds of any payment will be made for notification of withdrawal within 30 days of the start of the workshop.  Prior to that time, we will refund your tuition minus the $75 non-refundable registration fee and a $100 cancellation fee.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS:  We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if minimum enrollments are not met, in which case, all tuition and fees will be refunded.  Notification of cancellation will be made by phone at least 30 days prior to the start of the workshop, at which time, students will be offered the option of another workshop, space permitting, or a full refund.  We are not responsible for non-transferable travel tickets.
